The intersection of gift planning, estate planning and religion occurs in many ways, both before and after death. This presentation will cover issues amongst a variety of religions relating to end-of-life decisions, charitable giving, and testamentary imperatives, including the presenter’s particular expertise in preparing estate plans in accordance with Halachic (Torah) law.
