Diversity and Inclusion Initiative

NOCGP is excited to announce the launch of our Diversity and Inclusion Initiative. We are actively looking for opportunities to increase diversity among our members and within the planned giving community of northeast Ohio. We believe that a greater representation of different backgrounds can enhance the quality of our membership and the organizations we all represent.

To promote diversity within our membership, we are pleased to announce that we will be offering up to three Diversity and Inclusion Scholarships. These scholarships are available to individuals who identify as part of an underrepresented group based on ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, or race.

Our Diversity and Inclusion Scholarships offer a one-year all-inclusive experience for recipients. The scholarship will cover all expenses related to membership dues, and program fees, including all-day access to Planned Giving Day.

2022 Scholarship Application Information

Application Deadline: June 30, 2022

Criteria:

We are looking for applicants who:

• Identify as part of an underrepresented group based on ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, or race and either work or consult for a non-profit OR are an allied professional advisor (lawyer, accountant, etc.) that helps clients with legacy planning.
