The Development Department at Holden Forests & Gardens (HF&G) seeks an Annual Fund Manager to provide strategic direction, lead, and manage a comprehensive annual giving program to meet revenue goals. The Annual Fund Manager will provide direction, collaborate across departments and cultivate HF&G’s membership base and mid-level donors. This position is based out of the Cleveland Botanical Garden in Cleveland, OH with occasional travel to the Holden Arboretum in Kirtland, OH. We are looking for a team member who brings a proactive approach to their work, is team-oriented, can build relationships, is results driven and wants to do meaningful work in an organization that values diversity of thoughts and perspectives.
The position will carry a small portfolio of mid-level donors and be critical in helping us identify new donors who may have an interest in our upcoming campaign.
